What is the PCR Refund All About?

Basics of the Minnesota Political Contribution Refund (PCR) Program:

• Any eligible MN voter can donate $50 per year (or $100 per married couple) and get it refunded from the MN Dept of Revenue.

• Contribution must be made to a political party (that's us) or qualifying candidate for state office (not local or federal candidates).

• Refund is granted once per calendar year after sending in your PCR receipt along with your one-page refund form.

• You can request your refund at any time after you get your receipt. You do not need to wait to file with your taxes.
